Returns Policy
As we deal in unstitched Pakistani suits, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective item.
- You receive an incorrect product different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and videos of the product and packaging.
Return Conditions
1 The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2 All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
3 Returns requested after the specified time frame may not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incorrect item delivered.
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
Exchange Conditions
- We have 48 hours refund return and replacement policy
- Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 days
- If refund is processed will be credited within 5-7 days
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
1 Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
2 Minor color variations due to screen resolution, photography, or lighting.
3 Customer preference changes after order placement.
4 Customized, altered, stitched, or modified products.
5 Orders with incorrect size or color selection made by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
